Click Start and click notepad

Copy and paste this code on your note pad :

Set wshShell =wscript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

wscript.sleep 100
wshshell.sendkeys "{CAPSLOCK}"
wshshell.sendkeys "{NUMLOCK}"
wshshell.sendkeys "{SCROLLLOCK}"

Save as on extension .vbs
And tadaaaaaa...... see your keyboard now..... Same with this ??
If you want to turn off it just :
*Open Task Manager {CTRL+Alt+Del}
*Open Process tab
*Close WScript.exe
